Who I build for

Different products. Same bottleneck. Customers want to buy, but the process still lives in DMs.

Boutiques

The bottleneck
Size, colour and price get asked in DMs all day, every day.
What I build
Product pages that answer all three before anyone has to ask.

Jewellery

The bottleneck
A feed photo cannot show finish, materials or care details.
What I build
Product pages with materials, finishes and care information built in.

Home decor

The bottleneck
Dimensions, materials and shipping details never fit in a caption.
What I build
Everything made clear before checkout.

Handmade

The bottleneck
Made-to-order timelines get explained again in every conversation.
What I build
Timelines and personalisation captured before checkout.

From Instagram to live store

In four steps

  1. Start with what you have

Your Instagram, products, photos and existing brand are enough to begin.

  2. Build

The storefront is designed around your products, your photos and your look. No rebrand needed.

  3. Review & launch

You review it, we refine it, then payments, COD and the buying flow are tested before launch.

  4. Sell & manage

Keep selling where your audience already is, now with a proper store to send them to and one month of support after launch.

Why I do this

I grew up watching my brother build websites. Real, live things people could visit, and I wanted that too. Then it got personal. My family runs a wholesale business with no website and no social media at all. I kept telling my father to put us online, and it never happened. Not because he did not care, but because getting a website sounded like a whole project, not something that would help him sell more that week. That is the exact gap I keep finding, in every boutique, every jewellery seller, every home decor brand doing real business on Instagram with nowhere proper to send a customer who is ready to buy. That is the problem I build for.

Need more than the store?

Custom automations for the parts of your business that still happen manually.

  1. WhatsApp updates

    Order confirmations and status updates.

  2. Low stock alerts

    Know when products need attention.

  3. Order workflows

    Reduce repetitive manual updates.

  4. Custom integrations

Built around the workflow your business actually uses.

Optional add-on Scoped separately

The honest comparison

All three of these work for somebody. Here is where each one actually lands.

Setup effortNone at all. You are already doing it, and that is the honest appeal.A few weekends of your time, plus a learning curve and a monthly plan.A few days of mine. You send products and photos, I do the rest.
Looks like your brandIt looks like Instagram, which works, but it looks like everyone else's Instagram too.Templates are genuinely good now. Getting past "template" is where the work starts.Built around your existing photos, palette and voice, not a theme you adapt to.
Payments and CODManual UPI, screenshots and follow-ups. COD is a conversation, not a system.Razorpay is well supported. COD depends on your plan and the plugin you pick.Razorpay and COD configured and tested before you go live.
Order managementA notes app, a spreadsheet, or memory. You get a real dashboard. You also get to set it up and maintain it.Products, inventory, orders and a dashboard, set up so you can run it yourself.
Ongoing supportNot applicable. There is nothing to maintain.Docs, forums and support tickets. Useful, but never specific to your store. One month of bug fixes and technical corrections after launch.

Before you ask

A few things you might want to know

The practical details before we build your store.

  • Once your products, photos and store details are ready, I will confirm the build timeline before we begin. The timeline depends mainly on the number of products and how much content needs to be organised.

  • No. If you already have them, we can work with your existing setup. If not, I can guide you through what you need. Domain, hosting and third-party platform costs are separate unless specifically included in your quote.

  • Yes. Products, inventory and orders are set up so you can manage the store after launch without depending on me for everyday changes.

  • Yes. You will be able to update product information, pricing, stock and other day-to-day store details from your store dashboard.

  • The standard setup covers up to 30 products. If you have a larger catalogue, the additional product setup can be scoped separately based on the size of the store.

  • Yes. Razorpay and Cash on Delivery can be configured and tested as part of the store setup, subject to the payment account and business details required by the provider.

  • No. We can build around the photos and visual identity you already use for your brand. If stronger photography would noticeably improve the store, I will tell you before the build.

  • Yes. Standard shipping rules, charges and delivery information can be configured. If your business needs a specific courier, logistics platform or custom shipping workflow, that can be scoped separately.

  • The standard setup includes one month of post-launch support for bug fixes and technical corrections. After that, ongoing support can be arranged separately if you want it.

  • Yes. WhatsApp updates, low-stock alerts, order workflows and other custom integrations can be built as optional add-ons based on how your business currently works.
